BECAUSE THE TWO THINGS I REALLY HEARD FROM KIDS IS THAT THEYREALLY WANTED TO TRY TO HAVE THE EXPERIENCE TOGETHER AS A CLASS. THISCLASS IS PRETTY UNIQUE IN THAT THEY'VE GROWN PRETTY TIGHT OVER THELAST FOUR YEARS. SO THAT WAS THE NUMBER ONE THING THAT THEY WANTED.AND THEN NUMBER TWO IS HOW CAN WE WALK ACROSS THE STAGE? AND SO WEJUST KIND OF BRAINSTORMED AND WENT AROUND TO A LOT OF DIFFERENT IDEASAND ENDED UP LANDING ON THIS ONE, WHICH IT WAS FUN TO SEE THE KIDSGET EXCITED AGAIN. BECAUSE AFTER, YOU KNOW, MAY 22ND, HAD COME ANDGONE. I THINK A LOT OF THEM WERE FEELING LIKE, IS THIS GOING TOHAPPEN? I'M KIND OF READY TO MOVE ON TO MY NEXT THING. BUT ONCE WETALKED IT THROUGH AND KIND OF TALKED THROUGH THE PARTICULARS, THEY'RELIKE, I'M EXCITED FOR THIS. AGAIN, THIS IS GOING TO BE GREAT.

HOERL SAID THE CLASS OF 2020 IS PARTICULARLY SPECIAL TO HIM,BECAUSE HE BEGAN HIS JOB AS PRINCIPAL AT DURANGO HIGH SCHOOL FOURYEARS AGO WHEN SATURDAY'S GRADUATES WERE FRESHMAN.

I WANT NOTHING MORE THAN JUST TO, TO GIVE THEM A PROPERSENDOFF AND A PROPER FAREWELL FOR EVERYTHING THAT THEY'VEACCOMPLISHED FOR THIS HIGH SCHOOL. THEY'VE REALLY, THEY'VE REALLYTURNED IT AROUND AND MADE IT ONE OF THE TOP PUBLIC SCHOOLS IN THESTATE.

DURANGO HIGH SCHOOL WILL GRADUATE 238 SENIORS ON SATURDAY.CEREMONIES BEGIN AT 10 A.M. EACH GRADUATE WILL BE ALLOWED ONLY ONECAR AT THE CEREMONY. NO OUTSIDE SPECTATORS WILL BE ADMITTED. THANKSFOR WATCHING THE LOCAL NEWS NETWORK. I'M WENDY GRAHAM SETTLE.
