AS MILLIONS OF AMERICANS SELF-QUARANTINE AND STAY HOME TO SLOW THE SPREAD OF COVID-19, THEY'RE FINDING NEW WAYS TO CONNECT AND FIND COMMUNITY ONLINE. ONE DURANGO WOMAN IS USING HER SKILL AS A GRAPHIC RECORDER TO HOST VIRTUAL MEDITATION SESSIONS WHILE LETTERING AND DOODLING. AND IF YOU, IF ANYBODY'S INTERESTED IN GETTING INTO THE FLOW STATE OF MIND, WHERE YOU'RE IN THAT CROSS SECTION OF CHALLENGE AND SKILL LEVEL, BUT ALSO BEING IN THE MOMENT, NOT WORRYING ABOUT THE PAST OR ANTICIPATING THE FUTURE, THIS IS A WONDERFUL PRACTICE. AND SO I FOUND THAT IT WAS BOTH SELF HEALING AND VERY PRAGMATIC FOR MY CLIENTS AND MY STUDENTS. SHE OFFERS THE FREE SESSIONS FROM 2:22 TO 3:06 P.M. TUESDAYS, WEDNESDAYS AND THURSDAYS.
